Payroll that knows the rules

EPF, SOCSO, EIS, PCB, HRDF and zakat, worked out on the rules in force that month, following LHDN's computerised method. A second person approves every run, and you get the files to pay your staff and the agencies.

  • PCB to LHDN's 2026 spec
  • Two people sign off
  • CP39 and ASSIST files
  • Form EA and CP8D
Basic salary

On RM 5,500 basic, net pay is RM 5,078.60.

Pick a salary. Nobody typed these payslips in: Cynco's payroll engine worked out each one when this page was built.
  • Bonuses taxed as additional remuneration
  • Zakat deducted as each employee asks
  • A month without published rules is refused, not guessed

Approval

Nobody runs payroll alone

A run goes from draft to submitted to approved, and the person who submits it can't approve it. Approving records the payroll in your books in the same step, so a month you've closed refuses it.

  • Draft, submitted, approved
  • Nobody approves their own run
  • Approving records it in your books

Files

Every file you need to pay

Each run gives you the CP39 file for PCB, the PERKESO ASSIST file and salary files for three banks. For the 2025 remuneration year you also get Form EA for every employee, a Form E preparation sheet to key into e-E, and CP8D.

  • Maybank2E, CIMB BizConverter and RHB salary files
  • ASSIST in its exact 223-character format

The details

Coverage
Malaysia: EPF, SOCSO, SKBBK, EIS, PCB, HRDF and zakat.
PCB
LHDN's computerised calculation for 2026, with child relief and zakat.
Year end
For the 2025 remuneration year: Form EA and the Form E preparation sheet as PDFs, and CP8D as the text file LHDN takes.
Rules
Every rate carries the date it took effect, so each month is worked out on the rules in force at the time. If a month has no published rules, Cynco refuses rather than guesses.
