Stock counts that match your books

Every unit in or out updates your books in the same save, at weighted average cost. Your stock and your numbers can't drift apart, because they're written together.

  • Weighted average cost
  • Cost of sale with the invoice
  • Can't ship what's missing
  • Reorder points
  • In from goods received and bills
  • Out on invoices and delivery orders
  • Back in when a credit note returns it

Costing

New prices blend in on their own

Goods in at a new price blend into the cost of what's already on the shelf. The next sale is costed at that average, with no layers to keep and nothing to recalculate at month end.

  • Cost and quantity kept per item
  • Cost of goods sold recorded with the sale

Dispatch

You can't ship what isn't there

Invoice a sale and the stock comes off, with its cost recorded alongside. Try to send out more than you hold on a delivery order or a stock operation, and Cynco stops you and says how much is available.

  • Cost of sale recorded with the invoice
  • Delivery orders can't take stock below zero
