e-Invoice without another app

Write the invoice once and Cynco files it with LHDN MyInvois. It checks your buyer's TIN first, keeps LHDN's UUID and QR code on the invoice, and keeps you inside the 72-hour cancellation window.

  • LHDN MyInvois
  • Buyer TIN checked
  • Credit and debit notes
  • Test first, then go live
  • Status checked with LHDN every five minutes
  • A filed invoice can't be voided or sent back to draft
  • Sent in LHDN's UBL format, one document per submission

Corrections

Made a mistake? You have 72 hours.

LHDN lets you cancel an e-Invoice for 72 hours after it's validated. Cynco asks why, and once the window closes it points you to a credit note instead, filed the same way.

  • Credit notes (02) and debit notes (03)
  • A reason recorded with every cancellation

Connection

Try it safely, then go live

Connect to LHDN's test environment (preprod) first, then switch to production. Either way, your credentials are encrypted before they're stored.

  • Credentials encrypted with AES-256-GCM
  • Separate test and live hosts

The details

Statuses
Pending, submitted, valid, invalid, cancelled or failed. Pending and failed are set by Cynco. The rest come back from LHDN.
QR code
Each validated invoice carries a QR code that opens its record on LHDN's portal.
Buyer TIN
Checked with LHDN before filing, when the buyer has a TIN and registration number. General-public TINs skip the check.
Filed invoices
Once filed, an invoice can't be voided or returned to draft. Fix mistakes with a credit or debit note.
