Invoices that do the bookkeeping
Quote, invoice and chase payment in one place. When you finalise an invoice, Cynco records the sale in your books, with the tax on its own line.
- Tax on every line
- Quotes become invoices
- Invoices that repeat
- Reminders on a schedule
- Numbered INV-YYYYMM-0001, with no gaps when a save fails
- Discounts per line or on the whole invoice, and deposits
- Any currency, with the exchange rate you raised it at kept on record
Getting paid
Stop chasing late payers yourself
Nobody enjoys asking for money. Turn reminders on and every morning at ten Cynco looks for overdue invoices: a friendly note at three days, a firmer one at fourteen, a final one at thirty.
- One step each morning, and by default never two reminders to a customer within three days
- Each reminder saved on the invoice: who it went to and when
Before and after
From first quote to monthly invoice
Send a quote, see when your customer views and accepts it, and turn it into an invoice with the same lines. Work that repeats can invoice itself: finalised and sent without you.
- Quotes go from draft to sent, viewed, accepted and invoiced
- Repeat weekly, monthly, quarterly or yearly
The details
- Statuses
- Draft, finalised, partly paid, paid, overdue and voided. Paid comes from the payments on record, so nobody can mark it by hand.
- Corrections
- Once an invoice has payments on it, it can't be voided. Issue a credit note instead, and it's recorded as its own document.
- Tax
- Service tax at 8% or 6%, sales tax at 10% or 5%, or exempt, chosen line by line.
- In your books
- When you finalise, Cynco records the sale and what you're owed, with the tax you collected on its own line. Your accountant will know it as debit receivable, credit revenue and credit output tax.
- Your brand
- Your logo, colour, header text and signature on every invoice.
- Your customer
- Gets a link to view the invoice, pay in full, in part or as a deposit, and download the receipt.
