Customers pay, your books update

Every invoice comes with a payment link. Through CHIP your customer pays by FPX, DuitNow QR or card, and through Stripe or Airwallex by card and the methods that gateway offers. When the money clears, Cynco records it and marks the invoice paid.

  • CHIP, Stripe and Airwallex
  • Full, part or deposit
  • Never counted twice
  • Gateway fees shown separately
  • No overpaying from the invoice page
  • A receipt your customer can download
  • Refunds at the gateway reversed in your books

Gateways

Bring the gateway you already use

Connect CHIP for ringgit, Stripe for five currencies or Airwallex for eleven. Your customer pays from the same invoice link, and the payment lands on that invoice whichever gateway carried it.

  • CHIP: card, FPX, DuitNow QR and e-wallets
  • Stripe: card and FPX. Airwallex: card and the local methods your account enables

Fees

The gateway's cut, accounted for

Your gateway pays out less than your customer paid. Cynco brings in each charge with its fee, records what reached your bank and the fee as an expense, and marks the invoice paid in full.

  • What the customer paid, the fee and what you got, recorded together
  • Taken from the gateway's own record, not typed in

The details

Webhooks
If a gateway sends the same payment notice (a webhook) twice, you still get one payment. Only the first is recorded, and handled notices are remembered for 90 days.
In your books
A payment adds to your bank balance and takes it off what you're owed. Refund at your gateway and Cynco reverses it.
Payment pages
Shareable pages for money that isn't on an invoice.
Cynco's fee
From 1 November 2026, on Free the first RM2,000 you collect each month is free, then 0.3%, never more than RM49 a month. Pro and Enterprise pay no Cynco fee.
Gateway fees
Your gateway's own fees apply on every plan.
